AFC Angel Food Ministry

Agape Faith Church is a host food distribution site for Angel Food Ministries of Monroe, Georgia. Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief to communities throughout the U.S. This ministry serves over 500,000 families in 32 states monthly by providing quality food at reduced cost.

Angel Food's groceries are sold in “units” at a cost of $30 per unit. One unit of food assists in feeding a family of four for about one week or a senior citizen for almost a month. The food is all the same high quality, name brand foods one would purchase in a grocery store. Each month's menu is different from the previous month and consists of both fresh and frozen items with an average retail value of approximately $50 per unit.

Also offered are bonus boxes of meats like steak, chicken, and pork. At least one $30 unit of food must be ordered in order to purchase the bonus boxes.

Food is delivered to Agape Faith Church on one pre-scheduled Saturday each month. Food is available for customer pickup only during the scheduled hours (10AM-12 noon) on that Saturday morning. Agape Faith Church is located at 2101 Lewisville-Clemmons Rd, Clemmons NC .

We accept cash, money orders, and personal checks limited to $100. We also accept food stamps (EBT).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS 

1. Customers must pick up food during scheduled hours or it is donated!
2. You must bring a large box to pick up your food.
3. Payment must be made at time of order!

If you are placing you order at the church our hours are: Mon., Tues., and Thurs. from 8am-noon and 1pm- 5pm or Wed. 8am-noon.
